The executive operating officer of TikTok, Venessa Pappas is stepping down from her executive office position after serving for so many years. Pappas chose to resign to concentrate on their entrepreneurial passions. "I want to take this opportunity to thank you (V. Pappas) for the supports over the many years, said by the CEO Shou Chew in a memo.


Chew continued that, throughout their period they have been vessels in developing the business, supporting the business and raising the product of the business and also good marketing campaigns. 


Pappas stepped in as TikTok’s interim head in August 2020, after the business CEO then,  Kevin Mayer, quit following just three months at the wheel.
